Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ssfs.dev (the “website”) and ask for early access to SSFS, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We try to collect as little as possible.
Who we are
The website is operated by the SSFS team (“SSFS”, “we”, “us”). For any question about your data, write to contact@ssfs.dev.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, if you submit the early access form. It is added to our contact list at Brevo | To contact you about early access to SSFS | Your consent and steps you ask us to take before access |
| Anonymous page-view and performance statistics (pages visited, referring site, country, device and browser type, page speed) | To understand how many people visit the website and to keep it fast | Our legitimate interest in running and improving the website |
| Technical request data such as IP address, processed by our hosting and network provider | To deliver the website and keep it secure | Our legitimate interest |
We do not ask for your name, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We use your address only to write to you about SSFS early access and the development of the product. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to us, and we will remove you.
Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies and has no advertising or cross-site tracking. Our analytics does not use cookies either. The early access form is provided by Brevo. Its scripts and styles are loaded from Brevo’s servers when you open the website, so Brevo receives technical request data such as your IP address at that moment, even if you never submit the form. In our testing the form sets no cookies in your browser, but Brevo may use technical cookies or similar technologies to run it. See Brevo’s own privacy policy for details.
Who processes your data for us
- Brevo (brevo.com) provides the early access form, stores the email address you submit in our contact list, and delivers our emails to you.
- Cloudflare provides hosting and network services for the website and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Web Analytics collects aggregated statistics without cookies and does not track individuals across sites.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Some of them may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider’s participation in recognized data-transfer frameworks.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until the early access programme has been completed and you have had the chance to try SSFS, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics statistics are kept in aggregated form by our analytics provider for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, write to contact@ssfs.dev. We will answer within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of California can ask what personal information we hold and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
The website is meant for software developers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change matters to the data you gave us, we will tell you by email.
